5. Orders, acceptance & cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled items.
You may request to change or cancel an order before it has been sent for fulfillment, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment partners, it is subject to that policy.
6. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
Our products are shipped and fulfilled through third-party supply partners. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address; we are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Product use, safety & disclaimers
