Three sizes, S, M and L, cover cats and dogs of different builds, with the box measuring 90 cm high by 160 cm long. A lightweight 0.195-0.21 kg foldable design means it packs away between grooming sessions instead of dominating a room. How long will my order take to arrive?
We prepare orders for dispatch within 1–3 business days. After dispatch,
delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the product and
your location. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second
email with tracking once it ships. Processing can take a little longer
during sales and holiday periods.
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or
report a problem. Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days unused and
in its original packaging and we'll refund the item price. Please contact us
first so we can approve the return and give you the correct address —

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't
be out of pocket for return postage. Refunds are issued to your original
payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. This is in
addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be
excluded.
Where do you ship to, and what does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order — there's no minimum spend. We
currently ship to addresses within the United States and aren't able to
deliver elsewhere at this time. If you'd like us to ship somewhere we don't
